Neck Support
I wake up with a stiff neck everyday. What is the best pillow/neck support I can buy and from where?
The stiffness continues to my upper back just between the shoulder blades. I use a foam matress and I have tried form pillow, soft, small, medium, large, Travel Pillow without success. I wake up miserable and now I want to seriously look for a remedy.
Contour living is probably the best company that I know of. They offer many different kinds of pillows and pads to give you back and neck pain relief. Hope this helps.
